Signify is hiring a Focus Factory Manager (Manufacturing Manager) for Monterrey on-site. The role emphasizes leadership of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply chain performance to meet targets and service levels.

You will drive improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while delivering cost-efficient results.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management and plant operations.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) desirable.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supply chain activities including fulfillment, inventory, demand planning, customer service and performance.
• Drive demand/order management, inventory targets, quality and cost initiatives to optimize availability and service levels.
• Identify and implement processes to simplify, improve efficiency and reduce costs across the supply chain.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with standards, and drive actions aligned with business goals.
