Signify in Camargo, Chihuahua is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to lead production process optimization, drive continuous improvement, and implement digital manufacturing solutions. You will manage projects with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and successful launches of new products.

You will align manufacturing initiatives with NPDL roadmaps and Factory Cost Price objectives, while reducing Manufacturing Value Add and promoting best practices

Formación

• Fluent English is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Availability to be based in Camargo, Chihuahua.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes to improve safety, efficiency, quality and production performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement digital manufacturing solutions.
• Support the successful launch of new products and processes.
• Formulate and execute project plans with time, cost and quality targets.
• Manage stakeholders and report progress on quality, status, time and budget.
• Reduce Manufacturing Value Add and support optimization of Factory Cost Price.
