Job summary
Flex is seeking a Project Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus to drive complex projects and meet performance indicators such as cost, delivery, and quality. Reporting to the Sr Director Operations, the PM will oversee the DNA strategy, consolidate projects across business segments, and manage facility space, capacity expansion, and transfers between manufacturing sites.
This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, English proficiency, and hands‑on experience with
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering preferred.
- Experience in managing industrial projects.
- Knowledge of CPS, facility layouts, and space planning.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Communicate requirements to cross-functional teams and management.
- Analyze data and provide guidance to project teams.
- Maintain project plans and deliverables.
- Present technical information on schedules and status.
- Support larger projects and programs.
