Job summary
Flex is seeking a Program Management Manager in Guadalajara, North Campus, leading a cross-functional team through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing to deliver customer programs. You’ll act as the main communication channel with clients and guide negotiations, lifecycle management, and cost alignment.
The role requires a strong background in electronics manufacturing, PMP and MBA/BA level experience, and fluent English and Spanish.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related)
- Experience in similar position with Electronics Industry
- Advanced English
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience
- Focused on NPI's
- Knowledge in electronic manufacturing operations
- Strong communication in English & Spanish
- P&L administration & pricing
- Experience with CFT
- Experience with demanding clients
- Customer service experience
- Project management experience
- People management
- PMP certification is plus
- MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
Responsibilities
- Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation for issues
- Demonstrate advanced operations and technical skills with process technologies
- Analyze technical and financial reports and present to internal & external customers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for target compliance
- Provide support for contract negotiations and price definitions
- Coordinate product life cycle of new programs and align to Launch cost and P&L projections
