Eaton in Chihuahua, MX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead manufacturing capital projects focused on capacity expansion, automation and continuous improvement. You will guide cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, EHS and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing, managing cross-functional projects with budget and schedule responsibility, and strong communication in English.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with scope, budget, schedule and deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects to deliver capacity expansion and process optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans and track milestones.
• Monitor budget, schedule, quality and risk; report to management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, EHS and Finance.
