BRP is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Launch Lead to drive the MLP from kickoff to stable operations. You will coordinate Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other functions to ensure safe, on-time launches with defined safety, quality, cost, capacity, and performance targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 5 years in automotive launches, with strong English communication and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, product launches, and project management.
• Conversational/professional English.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects with multiple dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Lead the MLP from kickoff through post-launch stabilization with end-to-end project oversight.
• Define and maintain the project charter, scope, governance, timing, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness activities across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE, Production, and support functions.
• Prepare and facilitate gate/readiness reviews with objective evidence; document decisions, roadblocks, and actions, escalating as needed.
• Maintain the launch risk and opportunity register with mitigation plans and owners.
• Coordinate pre-SOP validations ensuring entry criteria for each phase are met.
• Define and monitor ramp-up indicators for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People; activate recovery plans when needed.
• Control changes and deviations during the launch phase and hand-off to Operations.
• Close the project through stabilization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of MLP standards.
