Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead end‑to‑end manufacturing programs in the Monterrey region. The role partners with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to deliver programs on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

You will drive readiness for NPIs, manage schedules and risks, and push Lean initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and control costs while ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of manufacturing programs with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Drive readiness for NPI, process changes, and capacity expansions.
• Ensure programs meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities in manufacturing workflows.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce waste.
• Monitor production metrics including output, process capability, cost performance, and quality.
