Johnson Controls seeks a leader to drive manufacturing readiness and launch for new products. You will align product teams across engineering, procurement, supply chain, quality, and plants to ensure safe, reliable production at required quality, rate, cost, and lead time.

Responsibilities cover defining the manufacturing plan, gate readiness, supplier and material readiness, plant readiness, and achieving smooth ramp and handoff to operations.

Formación

• Ownership of manufacturing readiness and launch for multiple new products.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing planning: process capability, equipment, capacity, quality controls, standard work, cost, and ramp.
• Experience making evidence-based manufacturing readiness decisions within stage-gate or launch process.
• Ability to align Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Supply Chain, and plant teams around launch commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Defines and delivers the manufacturing plan for each new product.
• Defines manufacturing requirements for each RCLP gate and ensures gaps are closed or mitigated.
• Ensures supplier capability and material availability for prototype, validation, launch, and ramp.
• Ensures receiving plants are ready to produce the new product.
• Delivers first production, ramp, and stable operating performance.
