Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, technical/vocational degree is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and proactive attitude are essential.
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical principles is advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or with a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and operate machinery safely.
• Shift flexibility as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
• Learn and apply SOPs to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
• Support identification and resolution of basic production issues and participate in CI initiatives.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Accurately record production data: quantities, defects, downtime.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors; participate in trainings.
