Valeo in Mexico is seeking a Trainee Projects to support planning, execution, and monitoring within a manufacturing environment. You will assist in developing project plans, tracking timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers hands-on experience in project management, documentation, and process improvements, with opportunities to learn Valeo's PM methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support coordination of project tasks and resources across departments.
• Track progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in project meetings and document action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Learn and apply Valeo's project management methodologies.
• Support implementation of new processes and improvements.
