Valeo in Mexico is seeking a Trainee Projects to support planning, execution, and monitoring within a manufacturing environment. You will assist in developing project plans, tracking timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role offers hands-on experience in project management, documentation, and process improvements, with opportunities to learn Valeo's PM methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Job Summary

The Trainee Proyectos will support project management activities within Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV, gaining practical experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Support the coordination of project tasks and resources across various departments.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Participate in project meetings, taking minutes and documenting action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Learn and apply Valeo's project management methodologies and tools.
• Support the implementation of new processes and improvements within projects.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
