Valeo Service in Mexico seeks a Quality Trainee/Apprentice to support the Site Quality team. You will assist in implementing quality controls, participate in audits, and collect data to drive improvements in product and process quality.

The role offers hands-on experience in automotive quality management, with opportunities to learn FMEA, SPC and PPAP, collaborate with production and engineering, and build a career in a global tech automotive leader.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in quality management
• Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related environment is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a significant asset

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits.
• Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality system.
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records.
• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, PPAP)
