You will work with multidisciplinary teams to test ideas, document improvements, update plant layouts, and share results. This is an entry-level development opportunity for recent graduates, with no prior professional experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma.
• English communication: intermediate to advanced.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving.
• Teamwork and proactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transformer manufacturing processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Test and validate process changes under senior guidance.
• Update plant layouts and documentation.
