Job summary

Siemens Energy invites you to join our Engineering Trainee program in a hands-on manufacturing setting. You will work alongside experienced engineers, support technical documentation, review drawings, and help collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.

This entry-level development opportunity emphasizes learning, teamwork, and exposure to production, quality, maintenance, and other functions as you contribute to safer, more reliable, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field.
Academic projects or internships welcome but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of engineering principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Support engineers with preparation, review, and organization of technical documents, drawings, reports, and process information.
Collect, validate, and analyze engineering and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Participate in process reviews, shop-floor activities, tests, and technical follow-up under guidance of experienced team members.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions to support engineering activities and project deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and process reliability.
