Jabil is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to provide leadership and technical support to our production teams. The role emphasizes ensuring adherence to assembly procedures, quality, and efficiency during new product introductions and prototype runs.

The ideal candidate will interpret drawings, guide tooling and processes, and manage SAP-based data and BOM updates to streamline manufacturing workflows.

Formación

• Experience providing technical leadership to manufacturing personnel.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and create work instructions.
• Experience with SAP for status updates, BOM, and data entry.
• Strong PC skills with Windows operating system and related software.

Responsabilidades

• Liaises between engineering and manufacturing to transfer customer documents to the production process.
• Provides technical leadership to manufacturing personnel.
• Interprets assembly drawings and creates assembly work instructions with production.
• Assists in determining tools and processes required for assembly.
• Implements correct status entry into SAP.
• Conducts Train The Trainer sessions for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Assists in transitioning new products to the manufacturing floor.
