Jabil provides equipment and process support in manufacturing, maintaining and repairing equipment used in production. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, prioritizing work to align with schedules, and acting as the first escalation point for issues on the line.

The candidate will train machine support technicians, address recurring problems, and support New Product Introduction activities to improve line metrics and yield while ensuring safety and compliance.

Formación

• Ability to effectively present information to managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows and related software.
• Advanced PC skills and familiarity with enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Performs preventive maintenance and keeps maintenance records.
• Sets work priorities according to production schedules and coordinates with supervisors.
• Serves as first escalation point and liaison between machine support and production.
• Provides training to machine support technicians and troubleshooting guidance.
• Supports NPI and prototype runs and drives line improvements.
