Jabil in Chihuahua, Mexico is seeking an IT Process Engineer I to formalize IT processes around change, configuration, incident and problem management, aligning with ITIL and service delivery life cycles (SDLC) and the Test Lift Cycle. You will balance strategic process design with hands-on execution to ensure processes are efficient and compliant across production environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 0-2 years IT experience.
• Customer service skills and effective communication.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive assessment, planning and authorization of changes to the IT production environment.
• Minimize disruption of services due to improper change implementation.
• Identify root causes of incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure services are stable and incidents do not recur.
• Support process data and maintain configuration items and relationships.
• Develop process tools and templates for consistency.
