Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Leader to plan, direct, and coordinate operations across productions, machinery, processing, and packaging. You will recruit, develop, and coach managers, driving performance and continuous improvement to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes strategic direction, cost management, and strong communication within large teams, with responsibility for safety, quality, and adherence to company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, and five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT’s.
• Coach and mentor managers through interview and hiring processes.
• Monitor team turnover and identify factors for improvement.
• Identify individual and team development needs and create training curricula.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver excellence to internal and external customers.
• Create and manage succession plans for managers and team leads.
• Set clear measurable goals and assess performance against operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-conscious decision-making across the team.
