Jabil in Mexico is seeking a Process Engineering Lead to head the department with a focus on efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm. The role directs Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines, guides process optimization, and ensures data integrity across lines.

The incumbent will mentor technicians and coordinate with engineers to implement improvements and new tooling. Strong leadership, problem solving, and PC skills are essential; familiarity with Windows OS and company software

Formación

• Ability to present information to groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to operate a PC with Windows and related software.
• Advanced PC skills including familiarity with company software.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Strong mathematical and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Process Engineering department with efficiency and integrity.
• Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines and guide optimization steps.
• Provide training to technicians in equipment maintenance, programming, and data file creation.
• Interface with supervisors and engineers to determine corrective actions for machine efficiency and yields.
• Ensure data integrity with regular backups across all lines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
