Plexus Corp. in Mexico is seeking a Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering to lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers in designing, developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing productions and processes. • Supervisory or project lead experience is preferred.
• Completion of internal training courses is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Manufacturing Engineers to design, develop, troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Provide direction on manufacturing layout, process controls and cost targets.
• Apply DFx guidelines to optimize manufacturing and support customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement using manufacturing data and key metrics.
• Collaborate with customer teams to ensure feasibility and success.
• Develop the team to align strategic and tactical directions.
