Plexus Corp. in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Supervisor Manufacturing Engineering to guide the Manufacturing Engineers in design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and collaboration with customer counterparts to meet demanding requirements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Preferably two (2) years in a supervisory or project leader role.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction to Manufacturing Engineers to initiate and guide design, development, testing and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Identify root causes of defects and other issues; implement continuous improvement using data and metrics.
• Develop relationships with customer counterparts to meet customer, manufacturing and financial requirements.
• Coach and develop team members to align with strategic and tactical directions of the organization.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to continuous improvement targets.
