Plexus Corp. in Mexico's Jalisco region is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineering Lead to drive capacity modeling, production layouts and standardization efforts that improve flow and minimize waste. You will ensure alignment with regional and global IE strategies and mentor a team of industrial engineers.

The role emphasizes leadership, Lean manufacturing expertise, and the ability to translate complex processes into efficient, cost-effective operations across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience is preferred.
• Proven leadership skills and management experience.
• Proficient in industrial engineering tools and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capacity modeling, capacity planning tools and time standards.
• Develop production layouts to optimize resource use and minimize waste.
• Standardize work methods and streamline sequences, layouts, and steps.
• Drive productivity initiatives and implement major improvement programs.
• Establish IE metrics and standardization aligned with SOPs and WIs.
• Mentor team and align with Plexus Core Values.
