Plexus Corp. is seeking a Global Customer Project Engineering Manager in Guadalajara with a strong background in process engineering and manufacturing excellence.

You will guide technical teams, lead major site and regional projects, and ensure manufacturability and quality improvements across the enterprise. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience and possess strong SPC, analytical, and leadership skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of related experience preferred.
• Advanced decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
• Lab tools and measurement equipment experience preferred.
• Cross-disciplinary development knowledge and understanding of structured design.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME and technical visionary for engineering discipline across sites.
• Lead and mentor teams on large site/regional/global projects.
• Drive continuous improvement across regions and project execution.
• Provide customer service leadership during technical discussions and proposals.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure technical success.
