Jonathan MFG de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead lean initiatives across our metal fabrication plant. You will drive productivity, quality, safety and cost improvements using data-driven methods and Kaizen events.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 3+ years in CI in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
• Conversational and written English required.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and implement Lean tools.
• Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven methodologies.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure improvement results.
• Coach and mentor teams in Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment (metal fabrication experience preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and Root Cause Analysis
• Conversational and written English required
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives
