Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to advance lean manufacturing and process improvements on site. You will design and optimize tooling and processes, control costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with CNC equipment, CAD/CAM tools, and a strong grasp of Six Sigma methodologies. Collaboration with production teams is essential to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.

Formación

BS in Engineering, or related technical field required.
Minimum three years of engineering experience in a manufacturing plant.
Experience in industrial technical field; CNC programming is required.
At least one year of grinding, turning, and milling machinery.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Apply mechanical design and manufacturing principles to decisions affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Reduce scrap and non-conformances by eliminating waste and variation.
Lead root cause corrective actions to improve flow and reduce issues.
Optimize productivity with ergonomic and safe workstation designs.
Lead Kaizen events based on VSM roadmaps and SMDE/5S.
Develop and implement manufacturing cost-out projects.
