Confidential Careers seeks an industrial/manufacturing engineer to drive technical industrialization, process documentation, and cross-functional support in metalworking environments.

You will lead Lean initiatives, manage CAPEX/automation projects, assess risks, and ensure QMS compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001. 5-7 years of experience and proficiency with SAP/Oracle, CAD, Power BI, and Minitab.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years in a similar metalworking manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, and related tools.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CAD, Power BI, and Minitab.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the technical industrialization of new products, manufacturing transfers, and engineering changes.
• Develop, define, and standardize manufacturing processes for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Act as SME for assigned processes, supporting cross-functional teams.
• Develop, review, and approve process docs (PFDs, PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs).
• Lead problem-solving for defects, variation, waste, and capacity constraints.
• Champion Lean initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, VSM, 5S) to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage CAPEX and automation projects from requirements to validation and release.
• Assess risks and implement process controls for capability and safety compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for strategic projects and transfers.
• Ensure QMS compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and customer requirements.
