Milwaukee Tool in Torreón is seeking a capable Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process engineering efforts. You will manage both human and machinery resources to develop and improve production processes, ensuring KPI targets are met.

The role emphasizes standardizing processes, solving root causes, and driving waste reduction while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of engineering projects.

Formación

• Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related career.
• Previous experience as a process engineer.
• Statistical Control, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Project management and administration.
• Basic knowledge of tooling design.
• Problem analysis.
• Proficient English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage manufacturing process engineering team that are in PM.
• Standardize manufacturing processes.
• Receive information and provide support during transfer events.
• Provide support during root cause analysis.
• Provide support in implementing production improvements and waste elimination activities.
• Support the team in project implementation (tooling supply, engineering samples, technical information).
• Generate budgets for execution of each engineering project and control expenses.
• Assist in general activities required by the department.
