Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, in Mexicali is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support design, development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. You will work with design and production teams to improve efficiency, quality and safety while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Role requires 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, experience with product transfers/NPI, and advanced English proficiency.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aerospace or related field.
2+ years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering or related technical roles.
2+ years experience with machining, assembly or soldering and root cause analysis.
Experience with product transfers / New Product Introduction (NPI).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Develop and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of products.
Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and flow diagrams.
Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
Support introduction of new products including equipment selection and validation.
Monitor production data to identify trends and optimize processes.
Ensure processes comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and technical support to production personnel.
