Job summary

Molex is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support development, NPI, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Design, Quality, Tooling, and Production teams to implement process improvements, validate processes, and ensure ready-for-market production.

This role emphasizes PFMEA, process validation, line balancing, yield enhancement, and cost reduction in a fast-paced electronics/connector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, Kanban, TPM, or Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in electronics, automotive, connectors, cable assemblies, or similar industries.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, process validation, line balancing, scrap reduction, yield improvement, or productivity projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in process validations, pilot builds, and manufacturing readiness activities.

• Support PFMEA reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process routings, and BOM accuracy.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on scrap reduction, process optimization, and operational efficiency.
