Sanmina Corporation in Mexico is seeking an experienced operations leader to direct the day-to-day production activities on the shop floor and drive cost-quality outcomes.

You will set priorities for the team, develop personnel, and leverage Lean Manufacturing knowledge to improve productivity and profitability while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

He directs and executes the day-to-day operations of the production area, establishes the priorities for his team to support the activities that take place on the production floor to assure the fulfillment of the goals, such as packaging, quality and costs.

• It is the responsibility of this position, to ensure that the personnel in charge of the job meets the training required for the proper development of its personnel.
