Versigent in Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead the production team and ensure cost, safety, and quality targets are met, while aligning with EHS and corporate standards.

You will drive line balance, supervise supervisors and operators, train staff in key functions, and push continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, Six Sigma, and NPI to reduce annual costs and strengthen customer satisfaction at scale.

Formación

• 5 years manufacturing experience required, 2 of them as Manufacturing Manager.
• Engineering in any field; master's degree preferred.
• English level intermediate.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, NPI experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production schedules and ensure cost standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality levels (FTQ).
• Balance production lines to optimize human resources.
• Enforce safety rules across the plant.
• Train new staff (supervisors & team leaders) in key functions.
• Make decisions about lines under your load to maximize performance.
