Versigent is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Mexico to lead the production team and drive performance while upholding EHS, quality, and corporate standards. The role focuses on cost control, line balancing, and safety, with emphasis on continuous improvement to achieve annual cost reductions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, including 2 years in a managerial capacity, plus experience in automotive harness projects.

Formación

• Five years of manufacturing experience required, two of them as Manufacturing Manager.
• Desirable experience in harness automotive industry.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, and NPI experience preferred.
• English level at least intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the production team to meet all main indicators and targets.
• Ensures adherence to cost standards and quality levels (FTQ).
• Optimizes human resources across production lines through balancing.
• Ensures safety rules are followed and staff are trained on key functions.
