Joyson Safety Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee new model programs from award through SOP. You will direct cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure timely delivery and alignment with customer objectives.

Candidates should have 10+ years in program management, experience in automotive launches, and PMP certification or equivalent training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing automotive OEM programs from award to launch/sOP.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Finance and Operations.
• Plan and manage program timing using Gate Review process; direct and coordinate activities.
• Monitor key deliverables and communicate obstacles to maintain schedule.
