Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a manufacturing leader to run plant operations, delivering SQCDSM targets across safety, quality, productivity, volumes, costs, sustainability and morale. You will implement the manufacturing strategy and build a high‑performing organization through coaching and cross‑functional collaboration.

Strong TPM/LEAN/Six Sigma experience is required to lead continuous improvements and product quality for customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in manufacturing operations (CPG)
• Strong understanding of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma principles
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline teams
• Financial acumen and project management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets
• Develop annual manufacturing plans and align teams on priorities and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement with a zero-loss mindset and cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards, compliance, and talent development across the line
