The role requires independent judgment and low supervision, with focus on implementing best practices across the function. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and computer literacy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise assigned team in the delivery of effective day-to-day operations.
• Build individual and team capability through performance assessments and training.
• Lead the identification and propagation of best practices across the function.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure schedules are met across the site.
