Marelli is seeking a Process Engineer for the Plant Manufacturing Engineering team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. You will develop, improve, and ensure efficient and high-quality assembly processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet ISO standards and corporate targets.

The role focuses on standard work, process release, KPI achievement, and documentation across production lines, with opportunities to deploy new technologies and best practices.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive assembly process experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs, vision systems, testing, and EOL equipment.
• Knowledge of automation, process control, statistical process control, electronics, and electrical diagram analysis.
• Experience documenting, developing, and selecting assembly equipment.
• English proficiency: Intermediate-Advanced (reading, writing, speaking 70%).

Responsabilidades

• Document and update standard work for all assembly lines.
• Release and validate processes per project requirements and corporate standards.
• Achieve process KPIs (Scrap, OEE, FTQ, capacity, process cost reductions).
• Create technical specifications for new assembly machinery and upgrades for existing equipment.
• Support production and maintenance, resolving root causes and generating lessons learned.
• Develop parameter sheets and operation sheets for applicable technologies.
• Establish standard work guidelines for all production lines.
• Participate in creation and updates of process CP & FMEA.
• Ensure production meets plant KPIs and stays within established parameters.
• Collaborate on safety, health, and environmental issues according to ISO 45001.
