Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Specialist, Industrial Engineering to drive productivity by analyzing manufacturing processes, leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and optimizing layouts and workstations to deliver measurable cost savings and enhanced operational excellence.

Requirements include 3-5 years in industrial engineering/manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing experience, time and motion studies, advanced English, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
• Participation in Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Experience in time and motion studies.
• Advanced English.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Design and optimize layouts and workstations.
• Increase productivity of production lines.
• Reduce waste and non-value-added activities.
• Generate annual savings through continuous improvement projects.
