Littelfuse is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and operating standards to boost productivity and reduce costs. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, support new product introductions, and coordinate engineering changes while ensuring quality and efficiency across production lines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with manufacturing focus or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment driving process improvements.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, process flow diagrams, and related documentation.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and operating standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing key metrics (OEE, downtime, scrap).
• Support NPI, ECOs, and PCNs; coordinate prototypes and production transfers.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
