The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, with a preference for a Master's. Strong skills in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma are highly valued, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality manufacturing processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficient in PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation projects in manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for resolving customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement processes for new products.
