Johnson Controls is seeking a programming engineer to manage and implement MES applications on the production floor in Monterrey. You will ensure transactions optimize plant operations, collaborate with plant leads and software developers, and drive continuous improvement across core processes.
The role emphasizes project management, testing, documentation, and mentoring of other developers, while promoting safety and lean initiatives in manufacturing environments.

This position will be responsible of manage and implement all systems and new applications created by MES and developers on production floor, making sure that transactions are follow up to optimize plant operations, ensuring efficiency, precision and continuous improvement in key processes; and will be a liaison person between Plant Leads and system development programmers.
