Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Cost Control Manager to lead plant cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and CAPEX, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP and Mexican GAAP. You will partner with Operations and Finance leadership to drive cost efficiency and manage financial risk.

The role requires strong knowledge of cost accounting, depreciation, SAP, and internal controls, with 5+ years in finance/controlling in manufacturing. CPA preferred; MBA advantageous.

Formación

• Lead cost closing and variance analysis monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Oversee inventory, Fixed Assets, CAPEX, CWIP, depreciation, and project accounting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to drive cost reduction and cash flow improvements.
• Lead and develop Finance team; support audits and succession planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing, reporting, Standard Cost, Cost Conversion, Material Ledger, and variance analysis.
• Oversee inventory, Fixed Assets, CAPEX, CWIP, depreciation, and project accounting activities.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, Mexican GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and company policies.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance leadership to identify cost reduction, cash flow, and process improvement opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Finance team members while supporting audits and succession planning.
