Incluyeme.com is seeking a Cost Accounting & SAP Leader to manage cost accounting in a manufacturing environment, lead SAP-based product costing, inventory variances, and financial compliance with operations.

The role requires 4+ years in finance and cost accounting, Spanish-English bilingual, and strong Excel/SAP skills; you'll oversee one direct report and participate in audits with internal teams and external auditors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting or equivalent).
• 4+ years in Finance and Cost Accounting within manufacturing environments.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and U.S. GAAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost accounting in a manufacturing environment using SAP to manage product costing, inventory, manufacturing variances, and financial compliance alongside operations.
• Serve as the go-to expert on production processes, MRO, and material characteristics for internal teams.
• Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting, ensuring accurate cost roll-ups, inventory balances, and price/manufacturing variances to guide leadership.
• Design, maintain, and analyze operational data to guarantee data integrity and support finance analysts.
• Design and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and meet all audit standards.
• Manage and support one direct report, providing guidance and performance support.
• Participate in annual audits and strategic projects with internal teams and external auditors or consultants.

What You Will Do

• Operational Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to expert on production processes, MRO, and material characteristics for internal teams.
• Financial Analysis & SAP Reporting: Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting, ensuring accurate cost roll-ups, inventory balances, and price/manufacturing variances to guide leadership.
• ERP Data Management: Design, maintain, and analyze operational data to guarantee data integrity and support finance analysts.
• Process Improvement & Audits: Design and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and meet all audit standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and support one direct report, providing guidance and performance support.
• Special Projects: Participate in annual audits and strategic projects with internal teams and external auditors or consultants.

What You Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting or equivalent).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting within manufacturing environments.
• Accounting Standards: Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting standards and U.S. GAAP.
• Leadership: Proven people management experience (at least one direct report).
• Languages: Bilingual (Spanish-English) with advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
