TPE de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a skilled professional in manufacturing cost accounting to maintain the plant’s cost system and lead financial analyses. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a preference for MBA, CPA or CMA.

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. Experience with Lean manufacturing and ERP in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Join a team that values continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proven experience partnering with manufacturing operations.
• Prior experience in a plant-based finance leadership role preferred.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement frameworks preferred.
• ERP experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the plant’s standard cost system, including material, labor, and overhead rates.
• Lead annual and periodic cost rolls, including analysis and documentation.
• Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances and explain results to plant leadership.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliations, cycle counts, and reserve analysis.
• Support month end close activities related to inventory, manufacturing costs, and accruals.
