Vertiv Mexico facility in Santa Catarina seeks an Engineering Change Coordinator to drive COs and Deviations through PLM and ERP systems, ensuring timely deployment and BOM accuracy. You will work with the engineering team to improve product manufacturability, manage SKUs releases, and coordinate cross-functional reviews.

The role involves hands-on validation of drawings and 3D models, plus governance of change processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in manufacturing and mechanical processes.
• 1–2 years of experience with ERP and PDM systems.
• Advanced level of English – written & verbal.
• Ability to facilitate positive cross‑functional relationships across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong prioritization and urgency sense.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Track the engineering Change Orders (COs) and Deviations through PLM systems to ensure timely completion and deployment in ERP tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define, modify and improve products for manufacturability and BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate with corporate process owners on SKUs release and COs peer reviews.
• Understand and integrate Change Requests (CRs) from manufacturing, operations, and quality needs.
• Generate and follow up Deviations (Ds) per Fit, Form and Function analysis.
• Validate drawings, 3D models and schematics for correct fabrication of products.
• Review and define Process Control Codes (PCCs) for BOMs across production lines.
• Analyze impacts of COs and Ds across the organization and coordinate tasks across departments.
• Manage Change Control Board (CCB) to ensure effective implementation of changes.
