TLNT is seeking a Change Control Specialist for a hybrid role based in Monterrey, MX. You will coordinate and administer engineering change control and product data management across the lifecycle, ensuring accurate BOMs, revisions and documentation in PLM/ERP systems.

Candidates should have about 5 years in change control, BOM management, and ERP experience, plus strong Excel skills. A US training period is planned, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Around 5 years in engineering change control, product data or configuration management.
• Experience administering ECOs/ECNs/ECRs and Change Notices.
• Experience creating, updating, validating Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Familiarity with part numbers, revisions, product structures and change records.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP or equivalent) and cross-functional approvals.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; able to work independently within processes.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Change Requests and Change Notices from initiation through release.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather approvals and documentation.
• Maintain product information in the PLM and ERP systems, including BOMs.
• Create and update BOMs following established processes and work instructions.
• Support synchronization of engineering information between PLM and ERP.
• Review engineering data for completeness and accuracy before release.
• Maintain revision-controlled documentation for configuration and traceability.
• Support packaging docs, NPI and sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Communicate change status and follow up with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Identify data inconsistencies or missing approvals and escalate/resolve.
• Support continuous improvement of change and product data processes.
