Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or related role.
• Experience in HVAC, liquid cooling, thermal management, or metal fabrication preferred.
• Experience supporting production operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for HVAC electrical products and assemblies.
• Create and update work instructions, SOPs, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing documentation.
• Support production readiness activities for new products, engineering changes, and process improvements.
• Assist in workstation design, material presentation, and manufacturing layout optimization.
• Monitor FPY, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency, and throughput to meet targets.
• Participate in PFMEA, Control Plans, and process risk assessment activities.
