TLNT is seeking a Change Control Specialist for a hybrid role based in Monterrey, MX. You will coordinate and administer engineering change control and product data management across the lifecycle, ensuring accurate BOMs, revisions and documentation in PLM/ERP systems.
Candidates should have about 5 years in change control, BOM management, and ERP experience, plus strong Excel skills. A US training period is planned, with travel as needed.
Join a team that puts people at the center of everything.
At TLNT, we believe that recruitment is more than just filling roles — it’s about connecting humans with humans. We’re a people-first organization partnering with top U.S. companies to help them grow by attracting exceptional talent, and we know that the right content can open the right doors.
You’ll join a 100-year-old American manufacturer of premium kitchen appliances — family-owned for four generations, still manufacturing in-house in Ohio, and selling in 130 countries. These are products built to survive a decade of daily use — so change control here isn’t paperwork. A wrong revision or a missing approval shows up on a production line, and eventually in someone’s kitchen.
As a Change Control Specialist, you coordinate and administer engineering change control and product data management across the product lifecycle — keeping product structures, engineering documentation, Bills of Material and change records accurate and released on time inside the PLM and ERP systems.
Working with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project teams, you coordinate the review, approval and release of engineering changes. This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey.
You don’t need an engineering degree for this role. What matters is practical experience inside an engineering or manufacturing environment, supporting or administering change-control processes.
