Job summary

Johnson Controls in Mexico seeks an experienced COE Manager to lead ERP systems and manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring full ERP implementation, standard cost reporting, and perpetual inventory accuracy.

You will shape plant layouts, optimize SAP/MRP, and collaborate across BUs, driving lean initiatives, process improvements, and COE training to build enterprise-wide capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of management and 8+ years of manufacturing experience.
• ERP system implementation experience; SAP knowledge highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP systems and COE activities to implement reporting for standard cost and perpetual inventory.
• Lead the COE to provide best practices and training across departments.
• Develop plant layouts matching ERP systems, SCM setups, and work centers.
• Create routings with cycle times using lean tools; provide feedback during validation.
