Baltimore Aircoil Company De Mexico S DE seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor invoices, records, and timely payments within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support month-end close and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in AP, IFRS/NIF and US GAAP knowledge, SAP FI/CO experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with IFRS/NIF and US GAAP.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Process and review vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors according to established processes and payment terms.
• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Partner with internal departments and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within the Accounts Payable function.
