Job summary

ZF Foxconn (ZFFCN) is seeking an AP Analyst in San Luis Potosí to manage supplier invoice processing and ensure accurate posting in SAP. You will handle CFDI 4.0 compliance, VAT withholdings, and collaborate with Purchasing, Treasury, and the global SSC to improve AP processes.

Requirements include 2–3 years in AP within manufacturing/SSC, hands-on SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and intermediate to advanced English for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in manufacturing/automotive or SSC.
• Hands-on SAP experience (FI/MM) required: MIRO, FB60; S/4HANA experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican tax and invoicing regulations (CFDI 4.0, IVA, IVA/ISR withholdings).
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• English: intermediate to advanced to work with global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as AP contact for assigned plant(s) and process supplier invoices in SAP.
• Validate CFDI 4.0 against SAT requirements before posting.
• Apply correct tax treatment to invoices (IVA, IVA/ISR withholdings).
• Monitor and resolve invoice verification exceptions and blocked invoices.
• Prepare payment proposals in collaboration with Treasury.
• Perform month-end closing activities for AP and assist with DIOT reporting.
